Class Timetable

Modelling for Christmas Cakes and Cupcakes, £28 Wed 9th November, Wed 23rd November and Wed 7th December (all 7pm – 9pm)

Using fondant, we will make snowmen, Santa Clause and Rudolph. These adorable festive figures will be a welcome adition to any Christmas cake or cupcake!

Cupcake Decorating – Using buttercream, £28, Wed 11th January 7pm – 9pm

Decorate your cupcakes in buttercream swirls then use fondant to model cupcake toppers.

Shoe Modelling, £28, Wed 25th January 7pm – 9pm

This shoe model will make any celebration cake look stylish!

Valentine Cupcake Decorating – Using fondant, £28, Wed 8th February 7pm – 9pm

Decorate your Valentine cupcakes in fondant then use fondant to model romantic cupcake toppers.

Sugar Flowers, £28, Wed 22nd Februry 7pm – 9pm

Use flower paste and fondant to create a rose and an orchid.

Cupcake Decorating – Using buttercream, £28, Wed 7th March 7pm – 9pm

Decorate your cupcakes in buttercream swirls then use fondant to model cupcake toppers.

Modelling Basic Figures, £28,  Wed 21st March 7pm – 9pm

Learn how to create basic figures for the top of your celebration cakes.

Classes are very small so please book early to secure your place. Classes must be paid for within one week of booking. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled. For full refund you must cancel at two days prior to the class.

Based in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, we are happy to deliver bespoke custom made cakes with your own specific theme within a five mile radius for a small charge of £3.

Delivery to Glasgow and South Lanarkshire will incur a delivery charge of £6. However pick up can also be arranged. Delivery outside these areas may be arranged, please contact us for details.
